Electricity (BESCOM) Bills:
Every month by 5th, bills will be sent to concerned block receptions by the Estate Office on receipt from BESCOM. The same to be collected by residents & make the payment to BESCOM directly by the due date. Even if apt. is NOT OCCUPIED, fixed charges are to be paid to BESCOM. To avoid disconnection, if not occupied, it is suggested to pay the advance amount to BESCOM & same is adjusted against every month bill by BESCOM.
Note: If the Electricity Bills are still in the name of the Builder i.e. Brigade Enterprises, the concerned apartment owner is requested transfer the BESCOM account to the owner’s name from the builder’s name. For guidance please contact Helpdesk.
Piped Gas (PNG):
Gas Authority of India (GAIL) has installed piped gas connections to all apartments in this enclave. All residents are advised to use only piped gas provided by GAIL as it provides higher safety and convenience. If your apartment is not yet connected to the PNG pipeline, please contact the Estate Office for guidance.
