Services available to the residents

Service Requests:

Register service requests through Helpdesk Intercom 333333 (Landline No. 080-42163940) or open a ticket in commonfloor.com. Community-related issues will be addressed as a priority. While Estate Office will endeavor to address personal requests, it will be on a best effort basis only. Please DO NOT use e-mail for any service requests. Commonfloor app is available for service requests & complaints. We strongly urge you to download the Commonfloor app. The steps to do so are given in the following document.

Service Providers Passes:

For issue of passes (ID Cards) to the maids / drivers, please submit the following documents to Estate Office after authorization by concerned owner /resident:
  • Address proof with Photo ID (Govt. Approved)
  • One Passport-size photo & one Stamp-size Photo with Application from the Owner
(Format with EO Help Desk). Forms can be collected at the helpdesk or downloaded from commonfloor.com

The following are the service available to the residents:

1) Security:

The current system of Security is as under :
  • Access card and parking sticker for vehicles are issued, contact Helpdesk.
  • Agency: Stalwart Security Service for residential blocks by BGAOA & G4S for campus by Brigade Enterprises.
  • Security exists at all gates in & out of the complex.
  • One Security Guard stationed 24 hrs. at each block reception
There are Security Supervisors round the clock.

2) Water Supply:

  • Presently Bore-well and BWSSB water are being used and supplied to apartments after proper treatment by in house water treatment plants. Tanker water is called into compensate the deficit if any.
  • Regular tests of water are conducted and the test results are available in the EO.

3) Maintenance:

Maintenance of Housekeeping, Electrical, Plumbing, and Gardening are taken care by M/s UpDater Service Provider Pvt. Ltd. (UDS).

4) Interior Works:

There are certain procedures to be followed by owners / tenants while carrying out permissible interior works. Please contact the Estate Office for guidance and completion of formalities before scheduling any interior work. Please follow the guidelines while carrying out the interior work to avoid inconvenience to fellow residents and to cause any damage to the property.

5) MOVE IN & MOVE OUT:

There are certain procedures to be followed for Move-In & Move-Out. The forms are provided here. Please fill & contact Helpdesk.

Annual Maintenance Fee:

Members are required to pay annual maintenance fee every year in advance, in the month of April, for a full FY (April to March). Maintenance fee rate is decided by managing Committee every year based on budgeted expenses. Please check with Accounts @ Estate Office if your previous dues are cleared. Defaulters are denied services rendered by the association. Tenants, even if they are not responsible for payment of the Maintenance Charges as per their contract with the landlord, may ensure that there is no default in the payment of Maintenance charges, as any disruption of service on this account will directly affect them.

Waste & Garbage Disposal:

It is mandatory for all residents to segregate their garbage into Kitchen Wet waste, Dry waste (Plastic/Paper/Metal), Bio-medical, E-waste before disposing as per rules, Contact Block Security for Disposable Bags and refer chart for segregation in the welcome kit.
