The Do’s

Do observe all rules of community living.
Do help BGAOA to maintain the enclave neat & clean.
Switch off unnecessary lights in the common areas (if / when noticed).
Use vehicle head lights (dipper, not high beam) in the parking areas (especially when entering the premises from outside during daytime also).
Do park your vehicle properly in allotted slots only.
Trolleys, Cycles and Bikes to be parked only at designated areas in the Podium / Ground / UB and LB only. Shopping trolleys from Mall are not allowed inside the buildings. No cycles are permitted to be parked in the common areas inside the buildings.
Do accompany your small children always.
Use service lift to carry heavy goods and while traveling with Pets / Cycles
Do observe instructions displayed & communicated. You are under surveillance of CCTV in common areas, lobbies, lifts parking and campus periphery. Recorded violations will be broadcast in the signboards and fined as per the Association guidelines
Please ensure that you have a working intercom in your apartment.
Please ensure that your apartment is not in the Maintenance Fee Defaulter’s List as it is likely to affect the delivery of services by the Estate Office.
Give respect to all and get respect from all, especially the security and housekeeping staff and other service providers. Any complaint can be brought to the notice of Estate Office instead of abuse of the staff.
Always keep access control glass doors closed.

Don’ts

Do not panic inside the lift, when there is a power disruption. The lift will automatically reset itself within 01 (One) minute. There is a gap of about 10 seconds for the DG Set to come into service in case of failure of BESCOM Supply.
Do not drive at high speed inside the Gateway Premises to avoid penalties.
Do not park own vehicle at Guest park area & others’ parking slot to avoid penalty.
Do not argue with the security personnel and maintenance staff. Instead, bring disputes, if any, to the knowledge of their superiors / EO
Do not smoke in common areas. Uncivil behavior of smokers throwing cigarette butts from balconies and windows is recurring problem. Please do not indulge in such anti-social activities.
Do not litter/spit in common areas and landscape.
Avoid loud music/noise, especially at night.
Do NOT install individual DTH antenna, which protrude outside on common walls/area. Use Tata Sky’s MDU connection. For other DTH - restrict the antenna within your balcony or flat.
Do not let your pet (Dog etc) to litter in common areas in the enclave. Please clean up if it does so. Please take them out of the enclave or use only designated area for their defecation.
Do not hang clothes in the railings of the balcony.
Do not keep any of your personal belongings like shoe-racks, flower vases, bicycles etc in the common areas.
Do not keep access control glass doors open.
